  4. Payment Information: Prepayment is required on all orders. The Society accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Include type of card, card number, and expiration date with your order. Make checks payable to IS-MPMI in U.S. funds through a member bank of the U.S. Federal Reserve System. 

  5. Applicable tax Minnesota Residents add 6.5% sales tax. Canadian Residents add 6% GST/HST tax. 

  6. Shipping Information
    United States of America: Add $7 per order, plus $1 per book for shipping within the U.S. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, please call for a quote. Please include your shipping address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
    Canada & Mexico:     Orders are sent via International Expedited Service at the rate of $10 per order plus $3 per pound. Expect approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
    International:     Orders are sent via International Expedited Service at the rate of $20 per order plus $3 per pound. Expect approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. 

    OUR GUARANTEE: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it in resalable condition within 30 days with a copy of your receipt for a full refund.
